Beaches.  Fethiye has a long stretch of beautiful beaches along with the Sovalye Island where you can relax and soak up under the sun. There are over three kilometres of natural beaches that line along the coast making Fethiye a perfect destination for beach lovers and an ideal family getaway. The popular Calis Beach located across the bay is famous for its sand, waterfront bars, and its wide selection of water sports whcih include windsurfing and kite-surfing for visitors and tourists to enjoy. Calis Beach is a four kilometre trip by Dolmuş (local bus) or a short hop across the bay by water taxi. Another famous spot which one shouldn’t miss to visit is the Blue Lagoon at Olu Deniz which is about 12 km away.

Museums.  The Fethiye Museum is rich in ancient and more recent artifacts, displays and testifies to the successive chain of civilizations that existed in the area, starting with the ancient Lycians.

Getting There.  You can get to Fethiye by air through Dalaman Airport.  Travel time takes about an hour or two. On the way to your holiday destination, you can enjoy taking in the beautiful Fethiye countryside scenery.
